Long-term assignees can remain on Aspire’s payroll or be hired into your company by way of a “temp-to-hire” arrangement. Once a candidate has proven their reliability and dependability over a period of time, you can hire them as a part of your permanent staff.

Direct Hire

Aspire will recruit, screen, and skill test candidates that you can hire directly. After presenting a short list of candidates, we will arrange interviews and you can make the final decision of your candidate for a negotiated fee streamlining the process for you.
